Where
does your intuition lead you?OK, so you probably DO use your intuition occasionally. Or, maybe you use it a lot. Sometimes you get an intuitive hit through a gut feeling or a hunch. Perhaps you get definite sense that you HAVE to do something.
However you get it, whatever it is, what does it lead you to do?
By that I don't just mean that you have the ability to listen to your hunches. I mean something more than that.
Something more along the lines of, “So, if my intuition can tell me what to do, then what else can my intuition tell me?”
How many of you have thought about that aspect?
I know that, for many of us, it is just delightful that we 'get' any hits at all! The secret feeling of pleasure when you follow that instinct is wonderful and reward enough by itself.
But there's more to it, isn't there?
Suppose, for a moment, that your intuition was a real person standing in front of you. You could ask it (let's call it Inty, by the way) anything you wanted. What would you do?
Well, for a start, you'd probably start asking Inty for the winning lottery ticket and suchlike things. But after a while, you realize that although Inty is generally pretty good, he's not exactly 100% accurate. So what's next?
You could ask Inty if he could become more accurate. You could also ask Inty where does he get his information from? How does he get it?
Now, if you start asking questions like that, you're going to start on a very interesting journey indeed. Just thinking about those things is enough to make some peoples' eyes water. Others will shrug their shoulders and say, “So what?”.
But you are made of sterner stuff. You are determined to think about those questions without watering eyes, without walking away from them.
If you stick with the questions long enough, guess what will happen?
You will, believe it or not, end up in a different place than when you started. You will look the same to everyone else, and, in some ways the world will look the same to you. But a change will have occurred. You will be thinking in new ways, seeing new relationships between things you never thought COULD be related before. You'll start seeing different explanations for events, other than the ones you are told. You will start questioning events, people, even authority.
You will have undergone a change and you didn't even realize you were going anywhere.
All that is necessary is for you to start thinking about the simple things in life, things like your intuition, things like, “Where DO I get that information from?”
And don't stop until you get some answers!!
